A full physical rehabilitation assessment will be done prior to beginning any treatment.  This will allow us to address the animal and its needs and prepare appropriate treatment programs tailored to them.

There will be on going liaisons with the referring veterinary surgeon. Progress evaluations are made on a regular basis, these assessments help us determine if your pet's rehab program is appropriate or if alterations need to be made to help your dog meet its goals.
Hydrotherapy is a safe and effective way for dogs to be exercised in order to lose weight. Swimming your dog regular will enable it to exercise in a controlled environment where we can gradually increase the exercise level. Swimming provides low impact exercise without over stressing joints. Muscle mass and cardiovascular fitness can also be improved.
